Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-60
Description
Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-60 is a kind of calcium-zinc based compound stabilizer special for PVC Conduit and Drainage pipe. The main purpose is to provide excellent thermal stability during the processing procedure.

Recommended Application
Recommended using dosage 3-5 PHR.
Add Ca-Zn stabilizer CS-60 together with the PVC resin and other additives into the high-speed mixer.
Keep the temperature about 120-125 ℃ for 8 ~ 10minutes.
Cooling down the mixed material to normal temperature.
Move into extruders and start extrusion process.
